Hello and welcome to HCM, The chances of fertility are fair with the current semen analysis report. However, there are certain findings which need to be addressed. There is presence of 6-8 pus cells / hpf and liquefaction time is also prolonged. Presence of pus cells indicates infection and prolonged liquefaction time can occur due to infection. Thus, I suggest you to consult your doctor for a course of antibiotic to clear the infection. Motility and morphology and within normal limits. Volume of semen is slightly lower than the normal range defined. Please see that there is no loss of semen sample when you submit for repeat analysis next time.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
